After my first book carousel was made (it is called also star book, thanks for the hint), I had the idea to another to make represents a kind of winter landscape. I would also like to play a bit with lighting effects and use small LEDs, but before I do that (why do I need also the help of my husband, who was also originally the idea, and he is well acquainted with the technical / electronic stuff, while I have zero plan in this regard), I wanted to try this idea first general.
The following book has six different scenes easily held. I used white paper so it looks like a snowy landscape. The background is black with little stars painted on it. This is supposed to represent the night sky. My husband gave me helped by the way, he has cut out the motifs with a scalpel, he has a knack for simply.
Overall, it has become quite pretty, it's a pretty Winter-/Weihnachtsdeko, but I'm still not entirely satisfied with the performance. If I make the "right" carousel book with the LEDs, I want to improve things even more.

I tried the idea in general.

It's meant to be the dark sky at night. By the way, my husband has helped me with this book, he cut out the motives with a scalpel, he's skilled at this.
Altogether it looks quite nice, it's a very cute decoration during winter/Christmas. But I'm not completely pleased with it, yet, I will have to improve the ideas when I make the "real" carousel book including the diodes.
