Perfektion
So slowly we are improving more and more. We have such a problem that when putting the book block internal wrinkles that we can not avoid and we can not to stress before the glue is dry. Looks at the end of very ugly. Now we know what the solution to this problem. Today we tried a different adhesion composition: mixed wallpaper paste with bookbinding glue works just fine! No wrinkles, and if they do, then you can simply cancel it out, so no wrinkles. Our work is not quite perfect, but we are improving and more and more. :) Now I need to improve the measuring of the board for the cover, it is always too short, but I think I know what it is!

For example when casing the book block in the hardcover we had the problem that crinkles occured inside which we couldn't avoid and it was hard to get them out before the paste was dry. Doesn't look very nice in the end. Now we know the solution to this problem. Today we tried a different paste mixture: wallpaper paste mixed with bookbinder's paste works perfectly! No crinkles, but even if there are you can easily flatten them, so no crinkles in the end. Our work isn't perfect, yet, but we are really improving! :) Now I have to improve the size of the cardboard for the hardcover, it's always too short, damn! But I think I know what I'm doing wrong.
